Summer Fishing Is Here!

Report Date: May 16, 2004

The summer brings some of South Florida's best fishing for snapper, grouper and dolphin. The Bimini trips are starting with a good report of massive amounts of snapper and groupers. On our last trip to Bimini we had the yellow tails balling rite on the transom of the boat. When you got your bait passed them you could almost count on a mack. When we were yellow tail fishing we had a couple of dolphin show up on our chum line, you can imagine the chaos that caused. The dolphins are starting to show up and they are nice ones, no big schools of them yet but nice ones. The deep dropping is like always great with some queens well over 15 lbs. and yellow eyes in the 5 to 7 lbs. range.

Hope fully weather permitting we will be crossing on Friday and I will let you guys know how hot the bite was. Capt. Dave good luck and be safe!
